Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return any or all of your order to us for online credit or refund.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order with the completed Online Returns Form enclosed and must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging with all garment tags and labels attached.

If you return your parcel via the post office, please obtain a free proof of postage receipt and keep this safe until we have confirmed your refund has been processed, as it remains the customer's property until they are received by Toving. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed and you will receive the refund within 30 days of the order arriving back to our warehouse.

Returns sent back to us outside of the 30 days returns timeframe may be accepted at Toving's discretion and may be returned back to the customer or refunded as an online credit.

When an order is placed using a promotional/discount code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of the discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations Policy gives you the right to cancel an order from the moment you place it. Your right to cancel ends on the 14th day from when your goods are delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your dedicated safe place. We will be unable to cancel your order if it has already been processed at our warehouse or dispatched, instead, we request that you return your order using the instructions and returns form.

Please note, we do not currently accept exchanges, we ask that you return the item and place a new order for the correct product/size.
